Jack Bicsko,
With over 30 years of executive operational experience, Jack leads Eii’s administrative team as our office manager, which includes accounting, payroll, benefits, insurance, compliance, and our Management Information Systems. In his previous role with Eii, Jack served as a Project Control Engineer on a number of sizable projects for many of our largest clients.
Melissa DeWald,
A graduate of Saint Joseph’s University with over 10 years of industry experience. Proficient in all accounts receivable functions including, maintaining an up-to-date billing system, monitoring customer accounts, tracking payments and preparing account statements.
Jaimie Dowling,
Jaimie has over twelve years of experience in the finance, hospitality, and construction industries, utilizes her organizational skills to provide administrative support to both our main office and field locations. Jaimie has a wide range of responsibilities, from managing office inventory levels, file maintenance, and administering incoming call volume, to ensuring accurate billing for many of our clients. Jaimie is a proud graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, where her specialized training helps integrate her creative talents into imaginative problem solving solutions.
Stephanie Keller,
Stephanie is a graduate of Rowan University with over ten years of industry experience. Proficient in all accounts payable functions including, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices; completing vendor payments, keeping track of all payments and expenditures, maintaining historical records, and continuing to improve the payment process.
Colleen Dugan,
Colleen has over thirty five years of industry experience, oversees the company financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
Mayte Garcia,
Mayte is our Payroll Manager with over three decades of extensive expertise working the intricacies of payroll, unemployment, temporary disability, insurance and bonds. Over the years she has established an impressive reputation with all the local unions and auditors in the industry. A strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the work place.
Richard Snyder,
Rich works as Project Controls/Engineer, graduate of Penn State with over 32 years of experience in the fields of Electrical Design Engineering and Electrical Construction. He has experience serving both nationally and internationally in the electrical distribution, utility, power generation, petro-chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Rich is best known in Project Management for his control of large projects integrating the use of computers for coordination, progress tracking, design-engineering, cost controls, material procurement, estimating and scheduling. Rich typically resides on the construction site providing any and all support as needed for the field personnel to achieve a successful profitable project.
Jeff Wolf,
Jeff has 20 years’ experience in subcontract management demonstrating strong knowledge and support in strategic contract negotiations, business operations and policy implementation that enhance safety & performance and contribute to overall business success.
